Long Island’s wine country is a beautiful place to explore. The scenic views and peaceful atmosphere make it the perfect escape from the hustle of city life. In addition to vineyards, Long Island has many other attractions for those looking to spend some time outside. These lavender fields are open to tour and are magnificent but it is only in bloom for a few weeks in July and a couple of weeks in September. Certainly an amazing sight!
