Refunds | Rescheduling

For tours that are already underway; if we encounter severe weather or any circumstance
requiring us to terminate our tour a future date may be issued at the discretion of East End Bike Tours.

For tours canceled by East End Bike Tours prior to tour inception, your tour will be honored for a later date. No refunds.

Liability Waiver

At the meeting point of all excursions or rentals, each of our guests will be required to sign a waiver form acknowledging the release and consent of East End Bike Tours.

This is a requirement for all guests who wish to bicycle on our tours.

– Restrict specific tours and packages to specific dates. This change is subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy

IF WE HAVE TO CANCEL…

We reserve the right to cancel and terminate any tour at any time for any reason. Anticipated
reasons for cancellation may be:

Weather

If there is a report of severe weather, we reserve the right to cancel and reschedule the tour. We monitor the weather and we will advise by 6 am the morning of the tour if we need to reschedule your tour. Your safety is our #1 priority!

Minimum Participation

If we do not have at least 10 or more participants, we reserve the right to cancel the tour. Regarding
cancellations of this nature; you will be notified as soon as possible of this change. Your tour will be honored at a later date. No refunds.

IF YOU HAVE TO CANCEL…

From time to time there may be unforeseen events or circumstances which do not allow you to join us on your scheduled tour. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, we have a policy in place to police these types of situations

More than 30 Days from your Scheduled Tour

If we receive notification of your cancellation greater than 30 days of your scheduled tour, we will provide a full refund (less non-refundable deposit). Your deposit will be held and be applicable to future tour date.

Less than 30 Days from your Scheduled Tour

If we receive notification of your cancellation less than 30 days of your scheduled tour, we will provide a 50% refund (less non-refundable deposit). Your deposit and the 50% we withheld will be applicable to future tour date.

Less than 48 hours from your Scheduled Tour

If we receive notification of your cancellation less than 48 hours of your scheduled tour, we will not provide a refund. Your payment/voucher will be forfeited.
